    Head, Corporate Sales

    • The Head of Corporate Sales oversees the various Corporate Sales Channels across the country induding SME channels.
    • The person is also responsible for overall relationship management of our Partnerships and Insurance Brokers to ensure growth of clientele base and sales volumes.
    • He,'She Will also Oversee recruitment and training of the Cotvnrate team and all other appficable Sales Channels

    Principal Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:

    • Ensure revenue generati«' from the various sales channels (Corporate Sales & SME) and meeting of the Group Sales budget.
    • Overseeing. managing and mentoring the Corporate Sales and SME teams.
    • Overseeing sales and relationship management Of the Corporate Sales business sources ie. Insurance Brokers. Zenith Bank Branches. Life Underwriters. Industry stakeholders and other direct leads.
    • Identifying new bids and Other direct sponsorships and partnerships.
    • Identifying and developing sales strategies for the different commercial channels.
    • Training & Marketing of Zenith Bank Staff at the Branch Level.
    • Spearheading the relationship rnanagement of our Bank partner Exco team (Zenith Bank and Standard Chartered EXCO).
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Ensuring excellent service delivery to all the customers from the Sales team and the various operations department. This includes prompt Claims payment. prompt quotations, professional customer management-
    • Report on the generation to Commercial Group leads and Exco of Prudential Zenith and Prudential ARH

    Requirements: Educational/Pr0fessional

    Qualifications/Profile

    • Minimum of second class lower BSc degræ in relevant course
    • MSclMBA will be an added advantage (but not Professional qualifications in Insurance WII be an added advantage, e.g CIIN. Cll UK etc.
    • Minimum of 15 years corporate business experience across financial institution. Insurance brok«s managernent and any Other B2C sales.
