• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Capital Management to lead our finance sourcing activities. This role is pivotal in building and nurturing relationships with financing partners and requires extensive expertise in infrastructure and project finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the Bank’s funding plan.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and funding partners, including banks, DFIs, multilateral parties, and government officials.
• Attract diverse funding to support the bank’s investments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a relevant discipline.
• Professional accounting/finance certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, CIS).
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in finance, particularly in capital management, investment banking, financial advisory, or corporate finance.
• Experience in strategic and operational planning and execution.
• Experience with international capital markets or global financial regulations.

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Proficiency in financial modelling, risk assessment, and capital planning.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Strategic and creative thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Familiarity with financial technology and tools for capital management.
• Ability to manage relationships with investors, regulators, and other key stakeholders.
• Skills in change management and leading through organizational or market changes.
• Understanding of corporate governance principles and ethical standards in finance.
