We currently seek an experienced individual with a history of successful performance to function as Head, Business & Strategy in Lagos, Nigeria.

Job Summary

The Head, Business & Strategy (HBS) will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the business team, providing strategic direction for the Business to ensure the profitability of the organization, monthly.
Key responsibilities include;

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities for the organization.
• Leading the business team to achieve month on month profitability of the organization.
• Planning and overseeing effective sales and marketing initiatives.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Developing proposals for clients.
• Foster and develop relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to identify developments/changes in industry trends in order to make required adjustments
• Ensuring revenue generation targets are met and surpassed.

Qualification / Requirements;

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
• Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Sound knowledge of the entertainment /content creation industry.
• Strong communication skills (written & oral) & IT fluency.
