Head, Business Development at First Excelsia

Our client, a leading financial services firm is seeking to fill the role of a Head, Business Development.

Summary Job Description:

• Lead the company in the development of market opportunities translated to close sales and profitable transaction margins
• Lead engagements with sector – buyers to bring to them value from offering solutions that are best fit for their organization
• lead the management of all sales, accounts, channel and agency partnerships of the company
• Be accountable for the achievement of new businesses, accounts retention and revenue targets of the company
• Coordinate all activities that are aimed at capturing the voice of the customers

Person Specification:

• Evidence of management learnings and education
• Must have a national or global supervisory role
• A minimum of 16 years post NYSC experience (with a minimum of 5 years in an executive management position)
