Hardware Support Engineer

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience
- Location Lagos
- Job Field ICT / Computer
Purpose of the Job
- Provide support to lead engineers
- Configure, Install and Support infrastructure
- Provide a high level customer service and support for customers satisfaction.
Expected Key Results
- Timely Incident Management
- Prompt Response to inbound calls and emails
- Follow up on unresolved complaint/ open tickets to closure
- Timely Escalation/feedback to relevant units.
- Preparing Technical Reports
Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills
- B.Eng in Computer Engineering / Electrical-Electronics Engineering
- Excellent business communication skills both verbal and written
- knowledge of Solaris Operating System and Oracle Linux will count as added advantage
- Work Experience: Not compulsory.
