Growth Strategist Manager at Bayshore Technologies Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the Energy/Power business.
• Analyze market trends, competitive threats, and customer requirements to identify new growth opportunities.
• Explore opportunities in both new and existing markets for the company's Energy/Power product lines.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Energy/Power industry.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and execution of growth strategies.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with Energy/Power companies to support revenue growth.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the success of growth strategies and adjust the approach as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a growth strategy or business development role in the Energy/Power industry.
• Deep understanding of Energy/Power industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies.
• Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills.
