Pharmarun is seeking an experienced Growth Product Manager to join our dynamic team.
This role is crucial in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative product strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with a focus on growth and a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex problems.
KeyResponsibilities:
Develop and execute growth strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and design, to deliver product improvements and new features.
Analyze user data and feedback to identify growth opportunities and optimize the user journey.
Lead experiments and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the success of growth initiatives.
Drive the adoption of new features and products, ensuring they align with user needs and company goals.
Identify and prioritize new market opportunities and partnerships to expand Pharmarun's reach.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in product management, growth, or related roles.
Proven track record of driving growth in a tech-driven company, preferably in the health tech or e-commerce space.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies.
