Growth & Marketing Manager at Prestmit

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute tactics to promote our company and attract qualified traffic.
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns, managing them from ideation to execution.
• Experiment with organic and paid acquisition channels, including content creation, curation, PPC, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation, copywriting, and performance analysis.
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog to attract and convert our target audience.
• Build relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget quarterly and annually, ensuring funds are allocated wisely.
• Oversee and approve marketing materials, including website banners, brochures, and case studies.
• Measure and report on marketing campaign performance, gaining insights to assess against goals.
• Analyze consumer behavior and refine email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
• Carry out additional tasks related to the role as needed.

Expectations:

• Achieve at least 90% of expected ROI for marketing campaigns.
• Manage brand ambassador and marketing team deliverables effectively.
• Launch at least one high-impact marketing campaign monthly.
• Present three strategic initiatives monthly to improve market reach or brand awareness.
• Provide weekly marketing performance reports with insights and action plans.
• Meet acquisition KPIs within the review period.
• Maintain professionalism with no more than one query or strike within the review period.
• Ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met, with minimal delays.

Remuneration & Benefits:

• Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000 per month (based on experience).
