This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Manager at Remedial Health. The Growth Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales, project management, analytics, and communication strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the healthcare retail sector in Lagos.
Job Description
Define, setup and measure referral programs for customers with realistic incentives
Develop and own the growth strategy for acquiring and retaining both new and existing customers
Continuously monitor and enhance key growth metrics and the entire funnel whilst discovering the highest priority optimizations for the company’s growth
Oversee digital channels to ensure optimal ROI, identifying key metrics to drive companys growth including acquisition, activation and engagement. This includes conceptualization, testing, writing creatives for user acquisitions such as digital adverts or landing pages
Finetune the existing onboarding process for customers with regards to product changes, email campaigns and other related activities
Build and refine robust processes for marketing operations as well as measure the marketing efforts by developing statistics for major events un the lifecycle of the customer
Develop innovative and creative ways to increase user acquisition and engagement with the product(s) to drive retention and lifetime value
Set up and monitor product analytics for all products
Skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
Proficient understanding of SEO/SEM, social media platforms and digital marketing tools
Familiar with the CRM software and data analytics tools
Qualifications
BSc. in Marketing, Business or any related field
A Master’s degree would be an added advantage
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in digital marketing and analytics
Proven experience as a Growth Marketer in a startup or in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
