    Growth Manager

    The typical duties and responsibilities include:

    • Developing and implementing strategy: Identify market trends and new business opportunities, create sales and marketing plans, and implement strategies to achieve sales growth.
    • Conducting market research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs and understand the competitive landscape. Analyze market data to develop recommendations for the team.
    • Building relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
    • Negotiating contracts: Negotiate contracts with customers on behalf of the company, ensuring that they are profitable and meet the customer’s needs.
    • Collaborating with the team: Work closely with the technical and engineering teams to develop new products and services, and with the marketing and sales teams to create effective campaigns.
    • Meeting targets: Develop and maintain productive relationships with customers and meet or exceed the company's sales targets and goals.
    • Attending industry events and conferences: Attend industry events and conferences to network, gain new insights into the market, and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in business, sales, or marketing, or relevant experience.
    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the energy industry.
    • Knowledge and understanding of energy markets, regulations and policies, including renewable energy.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Analytical, numerical, and strategic-thinking mindset.
    • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
