    Growth Manager (E-commerce)

    Overview

    • We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Growth Manager to drive user acquisition, seller onboarding, engagement, and revenue growth across our e-commerce platform.
    • This role requires a strong operator who understands marketplace dynamics—balancing supply (vendors) and demand (customers)—while building scalable growth systems across digital channels.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own and drive platform-wide growth strategy across customer acquisition, vendor onboarding, and revenue (GMV) growth
    • Design and execute multi-channel growth campaigns across paid media, SEO, partnerships, affiliates, and referrals
    • Lead initiatives to acquire and onboard high-quality sellers/vendors onto the platform
    • Optimize the buyer journey from discovery to checkout to improve conversion rates and reduce drop-offs
    • Develop and implement retention strategies for both customers and vendors (loyalty programs, lifecycle marketing, re-engagement campaigns)
    • Build and scale growth loops (referrals, network effects, incentives) to drive organic expansion
    • Analyze and track key metrics including CAC, LTV, GMV, conversion rates, retention, churn, and ROAS
    • Run experiments and A/B tests across landing pages, campaigns, and product features to improve performance
    • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to enhance platform experience
    • Identify and unlock new growth opportunities, including partnerships, offline activations, and market expansion strategies

    Requirements

    • 3–6+ years of experience in growth, marketplace, or e-commerce platform roles
    • Proven track record of scaling users, vendors, or revenue in a platform or digital business
    • Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics (supply vs demand growth)
    • Hands-on experience with performance marketing channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
    • Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, data dashboards, or BI tools
    • Experience designing and executing growth experiments and optimization strategies
    • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable growth decisions
    • Strong execution skills in fast-paced, high-growth environments

    Nice to Have

    • Experience in multi-vendor marketplaces or classifieds platforms
    • Familiarity with CRM, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation tools
    • Experience working in emerging markets or high-growth ecosystems
    • Understanding of payments, logistics, and fulfillment challenges in e-commerce
