Job Description

• We are currently in need of a growth lead who would spearhead the marketing efforts to achieve ambitious growth targets.
• He/She will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven growth strategies across various marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop business growth architecture for lead generation and business acquisition.
• Define required channels to improve user experience and engagement with product.
• Develop and consolidate B2B and B2C partnerships of the company.
• Improve and oversee the entire process and structure for business growth, marketing, expansion and diversification.
• Create systems to attract and generate seed funding and angel investing
• Collaborate with operations, software and customer support team maintain positive user experience.
• Constantly conduct research to understand the industry need that would make better service delivery.

Key Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4-5 years experience.
• Previous experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
