    Growth Executive

    Preferred Location – Surulere

    Salary Range: ₦120,000 - ₦150,000/Month

    Job Description
    This role is mainly focused on growing our customer base by actively introducing our products and services to as many prospects as possible. In order to achieve this, the growth executive develops sales strategies and go-to market campaigns that will help capture a large portion of our target market. Overall, this job role encompasses, prospecting, demonstrating our products to clients, negotiating deals and closing sales, customer retention, and nurturing.

    Core Responsibilities and Duties

    • Developing marketing plans that'd lead to achieving revenue targets
    • Market research
    • Building large prospects list and managing sales pipeline
    • Onboarding new hospitals into our clientele base
    • Contributing to product development based on market needs

    Job Requirement

    • A BSc. or its equivalent in marketing + relevant experience in marketing
    • Corporate experience in the medical sector is highly desirable
    • A minimum of 2 years working experience in structured organization(s)
    • Knowledge-ability in both traditional and digital marketing is essential
    • Experience sing a sales or CRM software, preferably Hubspot
    • Good understanding of data analysis (experienced taking data-driven decisions)
    • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, Web analytics, Google Adwords, etc.
