Growth Associate at Pharmarun

Job Description:

• We are seeking a dynamic and driven Growth Associate with a strong network in the pharmacy industry.
• The ideal candidate will focus on acquiring pharmacies to join our platform and strengthening relationships with existing partners.
• This role is essential to expanding Pharmarun’s aggregation network and ensuring we meet our goal of optimizing medication access across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new pharmacy partners to join the Pharmarun platform.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Vendor Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for pharmacy partners.
• Develop strategies to optimize pharmacy acquisition and retention.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for network expansion.
• Track and analyze metrics related to pharmacy acquisition and engagement.
• Represent Pharmarun at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build the company’s presence.

Requirements:

• Strong network within the pharmacy industry and knowledge of pharmacy operations.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Analytical mindset with experience in using data to inform strategies.
• Passion for improving healthcare access and working in a mission-driven organization.
