Group Lead, Diagnostics at Lily Hospitals Limited

• Lily Hospitals is seeking an experienced professional to lead our diagnostic services.
• The Group Lead, Diagnostics will provide strategic direction, ensure operational excellence, and uphold the highest quality standards across our diagnostic units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee laboratory and radiology operations
• Ensure compliance with ISO 15189 & ISO 9001 standards
• Implement lean methodologies like Kaizen for continuous improvement
• Develop and monitor KPIs to maintain service excellence
• Foster cross-functional collaboration for improved patient care
• Mentor and guide diagnostic teams for professional growth
• Drive quality assurance initiatives and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Radiography, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of ISO 15189 & ISO 9001 standards
• Proven experience in lean methodologies (Kaizen)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Quality management or lean methodology certifications (a plus!)
