QUALIFICATION / REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Finance; MBA.  
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, with relevant professional qualifications.  
• Proven track record in senior management roles, demonstrating innovative leadership skills.  
• Strong strategic planning, financial management, and operational oversight abilities.
