Group Information Technology Manager at Olakleen Holdings Limited

The Group Information Technology Manager is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. He participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. He ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff to perform their job functions efficiently.

• Development, maintenance and review of the company’s IT policy/manual 
• Responsible for providing administrative and security support for the company’s server.
• Create password and protection rights for server users and monitor it. Password & all updates must be communicated to GMD.
• Servicing all the company’s computer every quarter.
• To ensure the IT needs in stock taking process is done properly.
• Monitor anti-virus for internet server and individual systems before they expire. Keep record of all anti-virus, when they were installed and their expiration date on each system. 
• Renew all anti-virus before they expire.
• Responsible for the maintenance of all computer system including attending to user’s need and enlightenment on proper use of systems.
• Responsible for the installation and maintenance of company’s systems network requirements both wired & wireless and also manage network enhancement
• Responsible for protecting company’s computer systems with an effective Antivirus package and ensure zero loss of company’s vital information. No company’s system must be affected with virus (zero tolerance).
• Organize in-house training for all staff on new trends in information technology and the proper use/maintenance of systems and software
• Responsible for management and maintenance of the company’s control room including Server, Access control system and CCTV
• Must not divulge company’s vital information to staff or outsiders & must liaise with Management before any information is given out
• To carry out any other function that may be assigned by the GMD.
