    Group HR Manager

    Job Description

    • To create and develop administrative management system and policy for all BUs and monitor the implmentation of such policies or regulations
    • Be responsible for overall Adminstrative affairs of the group and any new projects under the group.
    • To organize and monitor internal admin activities of All BUs with respect of the internal security & safety, sanitation company properties, reception, meeting logistics, office support under the guide of group senior Admin/HR manager, and maintain relevant records as deemed necessary or required by the mangement.
    • Management of adminsitrative compliance matters such as certification, mandatory operations, government insoection and maintenance of public relations with LGA and local community etc
    • Training/coaching of administrative staff under the group and BUs:setting amd management of admisntrative staff KPI.
    • Arrangement, Keeping and upgrading of company administrative archives, documentation, receipt of external letters and delivery of company letters.
    • To assisit his/her line supervisor to plan and compile yearly budget of Adminsitration expense as per company's strategies planning and prepare the analysis report for the presentation of such budget, and prepare monthly Adminidtrative expense analysis report.
    • Procurement of office consumables required for group office.
    • To complete other missions from Admisntrative section to be assigned or follow directives to be given by the line manager/director.

    Requirement of Post Qualification

    • Aged betweem 30 yrs and 45 yrs
    • In possesion of good ability of organizing, social interaction, negotiation, coordination and writing
    • Having strong knowledge of Admisntrative management and with higher education background for the section of administration.
    • Have work experience as Admin Manger or deputy or similar position for more than 4 years in manufacturing sector or trading companies with staff strength not less than 100.
    • Detail Oriented and Target Oriented.
    • Proficent in use of MS office, Particulary Excel and PPT
    • CIPM or CIPD is an added advantage
