Job Duties / Description

• Lead the financial management and planning functions for the group, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across all business units.
• Manage cash flow, investment activities, and risk management processes.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to guide decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and improve financial controls and policies.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute financial strategies that promote organizational growth.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; MBA or professional certification (ACCA, ICAN) is an advantage.
• 7-10 years of experience in finance management, preferably within the logistics industry.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills with a track record of financial oversight.
• Experience in financial reporting, investment management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Preferably Female for gender balance.
