Ground Operator at Dreamworks Global Logistics Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and assign drivers to their dispatch location
• Supervision of all Riders within Lagos.
• Routing and manifesting of Lagos shipments for Riders.
• Accounting for all Lagos delivery pods on the bill.
• In charge of bike pickup and delivery.
• Auditing of Riders after their day's delivery before closing for the day.
• Receiving pickup shipments from Riders and transferring to the HubOps Officer.
• Label packages using a handheld device.
• Assist in the sorting of parcels by destination or delivery route.
• Report damages or irregularities during handling.
• Maintain safety and orderliness in the work area.
• Support fleet in achieving quick turnaround of vehicles for dispatch
• Collaborate with drivers and dispatch teams to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills

• OND Preferably or High school diploma
• Prior experience in a logistics, warehouse, or transportation environment is an advantage.
• Basic communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, if required.
