Graphics Designer at Nairametrics

Nairametrics is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that enhance our brand across digital platforms, including social media, websites, newsletters, reports, and marketing campaigns. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design engaging graphics for social media, websites, newsletters, reports, and other digital platforms. 
• Create infographics, illustrations, banners, flyers, presentations, and other marketing materials. 
• Develop creative visual concepts that align with the Nairametrics brand identity. 
• Ensure consistency in branding across all visual content. 
• Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and other internal teams to produce high-quality creative assets. 
• Prepare artwork for both digital and print use where required. 
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. 
• Stay up to date with emerging design trends and creative best practices. 

Requirements 

• Bachelor\'s degree or HND in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 3 years of cognate experience in graphic design. 
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. 
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and branding principles. 
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
• Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is an added advantage. 
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work is required.
