Role Description:

• The Graphic Designer will create and refine visual assets that support Darren Davies Properties’ brand across digital and print channels
• Day-to-day responsibilities include designing marketing materials such as social media graphics, property brochures, presentations, email templates, and website visuals, as well as developing and updating logos and brand elements.
• The role will collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual concepts, ensuring a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print materials.
• Ability to create and refine Logo Design and Branding elements that align with business objectives.
• Proficiency in Typography for clear, visually appealing layouts and communication.
• Experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software).
• Portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and consistent visual style.
• Ability to interpret briefs, work within brand guidelines, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iteration.
• Relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
