Granulation Operator at Aquatix Pharmaceutical Industry

Responsibilities

• Operate granulation equipment according to approved SOPs.
• Carry out wet granulation, drying, milling, and related manufacturing activities as assigned.
• Ensure proper cleaning of equipment and the manufacturing area.
• Complete all required production documentation accurately.
• Comply with GMP and all applicable quality and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience in pharmaceutical granulation.
• Practical knowledge of granulation processes and equipment operation.
• Familiarity with equipment such as Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG), paste-making kettle, and fluid bed dryer will be an advantage.
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Ability to maintain accurate batch manufacturing records and equipment cleaning logs.
• Strong attention to detail, hygiene, and safety.
