Grants Manager at Sproxil

Roles and Responsibilities

• Research and identify new funding and business development opportunities globally
• Maintain and build relationships with funders and other strategic partners
• Draft proposals/LOIs, grant application narratives, and budgets and collaborate with relevant departments and stakeholders where necessary
• Monitor and maintain funder and investor reporting schedules and requirements
• Develop and oversee standard terms and conditions for grant award letters, agreements, and contracts
• Administer grant records and evaluate financial reports to analyze all annual progress and perform review on grant expenditure
• Analyze all processes, provide enhancements to all grant programs if required and manage all grant management processes according to policies and procedures
• Prepare and monitor budgets and analyze financial data

Qualification and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
• A minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in grants management
• Experience in developing, writing and submitting successful grant applications
• Strong research skills with ability to synthesize complex information in accessible and actionable formats
• Demonstrated success in obtaining grant driven funding from foundations, corporations and/or public funding sources
