We are searching for a methodical and strategic grant manager to work with our organization in enhancing funding models, identifying new sources of funding, and developing sustainable and effective grant programs.
Our ideal candidate must be able to lead grant proposal development and submission as well as identify new sources of funding for the company.
Roles and Responsibilities
Research and identify new funding and business development opportunities globally
Maintain and build relationships with funders and other strategic partners
Draft proposals/LOIs, grant application narratives, and budgets and collaborate with relevant departments and stakeholders where necessary
Monitor and maintain funder and investor reporting schedules and requirements
Develop and oversee standard terms and conditions for grant award letters, agreements, and contracts
Administer grant records and evaluate financial reports to analyze all annual progress and perform review on grant expenditure
Analyze all processes, provide enhancements to all grant programs if required and manage all grant management processes according to policies and procedures
Prepare and monitor budgets and analyze financial data.
Requirements and Qualification
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
A minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in grant management
Experience in developing, writing and submitting successful grant applications
Strong research skills with ability to synthesize complex information in accessible and actionable formats
Demonstrated success in obtaining grant driven funding from foundations, corporations and/or public funding sources.
