    Graduate Trainee

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking motivated and ambitious graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Program. The successful candidates will undergo structured training, mentorship, and rotational assignments to develop skills, knowledge, and experience across various departments. This program is designed to prepare individuals for future leadership roles within the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Participate in a comprehensive training program covering business operations, company policies, and industry best practices.
    • Rotate across different departments or roles to gain hands-on experience and understanding of key functions.
    • Shadow experienced staff and contribute to team projects, tasks, and meetings.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
