Our Graduate Trainees are valued members of the Guinea Insurance family who would help to drive operations and contribute to the achievement of the company’s set objectives. The Graduate Trainee Program is a 4-month intensive classroom and on-the-job training which would be facilitated by experts in relevant fields in insurance.

At the end of the Graduate Trainee program, trainees who demonstrate an exceptional performance during the program have an opportunity to transition into a full-time role at Guinea Insurance Plc. We have a great culture of constant learning, and we invest in developing our people.
