    Graduate Trainee - PGIT

    Job Summary: 

    • We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Graduate Trainee to join our Sales team.
    • This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to kick-start a career in sales within a fast-paced and supportive environment.
    • As a Graduate Trainee in Sales, you will learn our product offerings, sales techniques, and client management skills through a combination of structured training, hands-on projects, and mentorship.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Participate in a comprehensive training program to gain knowledge of company products, sales processes, and client engagement strategies.
    • Support the sales team in identifying and researching potential clients and markets.
    • Assist in creating sales presentations and materials to effectively communicate product benefits to potential clients.
    • Engage with customers through various channels (phone, email, and in-person) to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing marketing campaigns.
    • Track sales activities and client communications in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
    • Provide feedback to the sales and product development teams on customer responses and product improvements.
    • Meet regularly with sales mentors and team leaders to assess performance and set personal development goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Strong interest in a sales career, with a focus on customer service and relationship building.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is preferred.
    • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
