• We are seeking a smart, courteous, and professional Graduate Trainee (Front Desk Officer) to join our team.
• This role is ideal for a fresh graduate looking to build a career in administration, customer service, and corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and attend to visitors in a professional manner
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and official correspondence
• Maintain the front desk area and coordinate office activities
• Provide administrative and clerical support
• Support the company’s social media presence and online engagement
• Assist with basic content creation (posts, captions, updates, etc.)

Requirements

• Applicant Must Reside within the Lugbe-Airport road environment
• Fresh graduate (B.Sc or HND)
• Female (for gender balance purposes)
• Must reside within Lugbe, Airport Road, or nearby environs in FCT Abuja
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Social media savvy with basic content creation skills
• Well-presented, organized, creative, and proactive
• Must be available for immediate resumption.
