We are seeking a smart, energetic, and trainable Business Development (Graduate Trainee) to join our team in Lekki.
This role offers hands-on exposure to both recruitment and business development, providing a strong foundation in client management, market research, and people engagement within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support in identifying and reaching out to potential clients
Assist in preparing business proposals, pitches, and presentations
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
Maintain and update client and candidate databases
Support client engagement and relationship management activities
Participate in meetings, interviews, and job fairs where necessary
Assist in follow-ups, reporting, and general administrative task
Requirements
Strong interest in Recruitment and Business Development
Must have completed NYSC
Must be under 25 years old
No prior work experience required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Eagerness to learn, persuasive communication, and attention to detail
Must reside in or be willing to commute daily to Lekki, Lagos State.
