    Graduate Engineering Officer (NYSC / Junior Level)

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a motivated and technically grounded Graduate Engineering Officer with a background in Construction, Structural, or Electrical Engineering to support engineering, site coordination, supervision, and technical documentation activities.

    • Prior exposure to any of the following will be an advantage:
    • Construction sites
    • Engineering workshops
    • Electrical installations
    • MEP works
    • Technical supervision or inspections

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist senior engineers with day-to-day engineering and site activities
    • Support supervision of construction, structural, or electrical works as applicable
    • Participate in site inspections, measurements, and basic quality checks
    • Assist with preparation of technical reports, drawings, and documentation
    • Monitor materials usage and basic compliance with specifications
    • Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and suppliers
    • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and basic regulatory standards
    • Perform other engineering-related duties as assigned
    • Required Skills and Competencies
    • Basic understanding of construction, structural, or electrical systems
    • Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and technical documents
    • Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • Strong willingness to learn and take technical guidance
    • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel; AutoCAD is an advantage)
    • Good communication and reporting skills
    • Ability to work on-site and in team-based environments
