Job Summary:

• We are seeking smart, motivated, and customer-driven individuals for our Graduate Trainee Program. As a Credit Growth Trainee, you will be trained and equipped to drive loan acquisition, support customer relationships, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and master the company’s credit products and lending processes
• Engage potential clients through field marketing, cold outreach, and referrals
• Educate and convince prospective customers to access loan products
• Assist in the documentation and onboarding process for new customers
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to ensure repayment and satisfaction
• Track daily field activities and report progress to team leads
• Support loan recovery efforts when required
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal departments to enhance the customer experience

Qualifications:

• SSCE, OND, NCE, or a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• 0–2 years of experience (no prior experience required – training will be provided)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to work in field-based roles and engage directly with customers
• Passion for sales, marketing, and helping people grow financially
• High sense of responsibility, integrity, and customer focus
