Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Grader Operator to join our project team in Warri, Delta State.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating motor graders for road construction and site preparation activities, ensuring precision and safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate motor graders efficiently to level surfaces, shape roads, and prepare sites.
• Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance on the equipment.
• Follow site safety rules and project instructions strictly.
• Work closely with site supervisors and engineers to meet project specifications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a grader operator in a construction environment.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and grade specifications.
• Valid equipment operation certifications or license (if applicable).
• Physical fitness and ability to work under pressure in varying site conditions.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.
