    General Travel Consultant

    Responsibilities:

    • Utilize Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo GDS to search and book flights and other travel services for clients.
    • Provide expert advice and recommendations on travel itineraries, destinations, and budget optimization.
    • Create custom travel packages based on clients' preferences, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable experience.
    • Process flight reservations, ticket issuance, modifications, and cancellations in compliance with airline rules and regulations.
    • Stay updated with the latest travel industry trends, airline fare rules, and promotions to offer the best travel options to clients.
    • Assist clients in obtaining travel documentation, such as visas and travel insurance, as required.
    • Handle and resolve any travel-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the booking process.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting travel packages and additional services to clients.
    • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while delivering exceptional customer service.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Travel Consultant
    • Excellent knowledge of travel products, airlines, and popular travel destinations.
    • Proficiency in creating complex itineraries and utilizing advanced Amadeus functions.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and understand their unique travel needs.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected travel disruptions and find quick solutions.
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in processing bookings and reservations.
    • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell and cross-sell travel products.
    • A passion for travel and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for clients.
