JOB SUMMARY

• To provide urgent medical attention and urgent treatment to staff or visitors in case of accident or sudden illness in liaison with the senior nurse on duty. Inpatient Assessment, ward rounds and review (diagnosis, management plan medications)
• Liaising with consultants in regards Inpatient care
• Outpatient review and initial assessment
• Relating with patients relatives /caregivers on present state of health and further management.
• Providing documentation as regards Health reports and discharge summaries of clients
• Attending to emergencies as regards clients (inpatient) health care.
• Diagnose, treat, and help prevent diseases and injuries that commonly occur in the general population. 
• Order, perform and interpret tests, and analyse records, reports and examination information to diagnose patients\' condition.
• Monitor the patients\' conditions and progress and re-evaluate treatments as necessary.
• Provides prenatal care to pregnant women, and provides postnatal care to mother and infant.
