Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Description

• Receives calls from patients directly and/or receives calls transferred from call centre agents (care coordinators) and handle such calls as per health Connect24x7 policies and procedures and MDCN guidelines.
• Ensure that patients receive accurate diagnosis and care in a timely manner.
• Present-health talks to educate and engage clients.
• Partake in medical outreach online or onsite.

Requirements

• Qualification: MBBS / MBChB / MD.
• Work Experience: 1 - 5 years post NYSC experience.
• Ability to speak 1 major Nigerian language (Igbo, Yoruba or Hausa).
• Excellent listening and communication skills for dealing with patients.
• Explain test results and provide patients with plan of care and detail.
