Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations, strategic planning, and overall business performance of our healthcare organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including clinical, administrative, and financial functions.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet the company’s growth objectives and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
• Monitor financial performance and manage budgets, cost control, and profitability.
• Collaborate with department heads to align goals and improve overall performance.
• Evaluate and enhance patient care services and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in healthcare management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, compliance, and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and reporting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive strategic growth and operational efficiency.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in hospitals, clinics, pharmaceutical, or medical services sectors.
• Familiarity with health IT systems, electronic medical records (EMR), and CRM platforms.
• Experience in leading change management and process improvement initiatives.
