Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration
• Foster a culture of innovation, safety, and continuous improvement

Production Planning and Execution

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor production activities to meet customer demand
• Ensure efficient use of resources, including equipment, materials, and labor
• Implement and maintain production schedules, inventory management, and supply chain logistics

Quality Control and Assurance

• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product quality and reliability
• Conduct regular quality audits and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies

Team Management and Development

• Build, train, and develop high-performing teams
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development
• Coach and mentor team members to achieve their full potential

Cost Optimization and Efficiency

• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and practices
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize operations

Supplier Management and Procurement

• Develop and manage supplier relationships
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers
• Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and company policies

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and internal policies
• Stay up to date with changes in regulatory and industry requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience (15–20+ years) in a senior leadership/GM/COO role in manufacturing (renewable energy preferred)
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering (PhD preferred).
• Strong background in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale operations.
• International experience or previous expatriate assignments are strongly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Culturally adaptable and able to work in a diverse environment.
• Experience with quality management systems (ISO)
