    General Manager, Sales and Marketing

    Job Description

    • As the General Manager Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying new market opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships.
    • You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns and drive brand awareness.
    • Additionally, you will oversee the sales team, provide coaching and mentorship, and ensure customer satisfaction. Prospective candidates with sufficient experience and capabilities are invited to send in their applications.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
    • Lead the development of materials and models necessary to communicate and support overall digital sales strategy.
    • Prepare presentations, models and all necessary support materials.
    • Drive initiatives to develop digital clients and strategically enhance the company's brands on digital and social platforms.
    • Lead and collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns.
    • Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to meet sales targets.
    • Provide coaching and mentorship to the sales team.
    • Track sales performance and analyze market trends.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints.
    • Prepare sales reports and present to senior management.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong digital skills.
    • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
    • Analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
    • Customer-focused and ability to build strong relationships.
    • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
