Responsibilities

• Ensure execution of Company’s strategy and drive achievement of short-, medium- and long-term aspirations.
• Manage the day-to-day performance of the Estate Management Company as well as the Firms organization.
• Provide supervision and guidance on the ’s operational, financial and administrative activities, directly interfacing with most senior personnel (Estate Manager) for all relevant matters under the EMCs purview.
• Track key operational and administrative metrics company’s estate and the EMC on a periodic basis and highlighting areas for corrective or reward actions where necessary and as guided by the reward and consequence management plan.
• Oversee all finance activities of organizational personnel across all financial management touch points, including but not limited to planning and budgeting, finance operations as well as reporting.
• Maintain up-to-date awareness of company’s operational and financial status.
• Provide management information and reports to the company’s EXCO and Board of Trustees on the operational, financial, and administrative position of the estate, as well as escalate major issues and challenges where necessary.

Requirements

• B.Sc / M.Sc / MA in Real Estate, Business Administration or relevant field.
• Not less than 10 years’ experience
• Proven experience as CEO or in other managerial position
• Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
• Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices
• Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.

Salary
N700,000 - N1,000,000 monthly.
