Job Overview

• We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager - Operations to oversee and optimize business activities in our estate firm. 
• The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in estate surveying, valuation, real estate, construction, or engineering, backed by extensive leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage estate surveying, valuation, and real estate operations efficiently.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring timely completion and adherence to industry standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and business growth.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, liaising with clients, regulatory bodies, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with industry policies, standards, and legal regulations.
• Provide leadership in evaluating property values, market trends, and business expansion opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–8 years of experience in estate surveying, valuation, real estate, construction, or engineering.
• Prior experience working in an estate firm is essential.
• Strong analytical and managerial skills with proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Professional certifications in estate surveying or valuation are an advantage.
