General Manager at Nett Pharmacy Ltd

We are on the look out for a General Manager for our retail pharmacy chain. As the GM, you are responsible for overseeing our overall operations, profitability, and growth of our pharmacy chain. This includes ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing staff, optimizing our operational efficiencies, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of all our pharmacy stores.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that align with our vision.
• Analyze financial statements and metrics to monitor and improve profitability
• Implement cost-control measures to reduce expenses without compromising our standard of quality and service.
• Develop, implement and monitor sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Build and maintain relationships with our key stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and our community.
• Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service quality and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with all regulations guarding our pharmacy operations.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and expansion and increase our market share.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends and position our company strategically for these opportunities.

Qualifications:

• B.Pharm degree
• Extra degree in business or an MBA preferred
• Strong business acumen
• Minimum 5years proven experience in a senior management role, preferably in the retail pharmacy or healthcare industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of retail operations, financial management, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth
