• To lead the business development activity of the company ( Vehicle Tracking Company)  
• Oversee daily operations of the company, remedy customer complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction and performance metrics are met.
• Recruit, hire, and train employee to meet the company’s objectives. 
• Assist with the creation of affordable advertising campaigns and programs to increase sales and brand visibility.
• Establish good working relationships with MD/CEO and staff to establish consistent improved performance.

Qualifications

• BSC/HND in any discipline
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a sales manager role or general manager position
• Knowledge of Car tracking business will constitute a relevant experience and added advantage. 
• Strong communication skills and a track record of leadership.
