    General Manager

    The Role

    • The General Manager will be responsible for the overall administrative and operational success of the organization. You will serve as the bridge between the executive vision and departmental execution, ensuring that all business units—including HR, Finance, Operations, and Marketing—are aligned with our corporate goals. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a proven track record of optimizing business processes and driving profitability.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement long-term business strategies to increase efficiency and market share.
    • Operational Oversight: Supervise the daily operations of all departments, ensuring high standards of service delivery and productivity.
    • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost-control measures to ensure the company remains profitable and sustainable.
    • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and evaluate department heads and senior staff to foster a high-performance culture.
    • Policy Formulation: Develop and enforce internal policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure regulatory compliance.
    • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
    • Performance Monitoring: Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for various departments and provide regular progress reports to the Board.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification can be an advantage.
    • Experience: Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in a management role, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
    • Skills: Strong mastery of financial statements, strategic planning, and human resource management.
    • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.
    • Analytical Thinking: Data-driven decision-making skills with a focus on problem-solving.
    • Integrity: A high level of professional ethics and the ability to handle confidential information.
