Job Description

• To develop and execute core business strategies in order to facilitate new business developments, whilst providing operational and personnel support to ensure the functionality and sustainability of the organization as a whole.

Responsibilities
Marketing & Business Development:

• Lead the sales, marketing and business expansion activities.

Operations Management:

• Lead, supervise and monitor cleaning and janitor cleaning operations
• Provide strategic operational direction.

Effective People Management:

• Supervise all direct and indirect reports and support performance management systems for all staff of Draiklinas.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain business relationships with all key client and prospect contacts
• Lead and ensure excellent customer relationships.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 7 years work experience.

Salary
N400,000 - N600,000 Monthly.
