Vacancy: General Manager

Vacancy exists in a new Micro Finance Institute (MFI) for the position of General Manager for individual who is target driven and willing to grow with the Company.
Qualification: B.SC Accounting (Second Class Upper) in reputable University plus ACA.  MBA (Specialization in Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 15yrs Post NYSC in a corporate environment out of which 6 years must have been spent at Senior Management level in Financial Institution.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Excellent background knowledge of managing micro finance business with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to win and retain new markets is very important.
