Gaming Shop Manager at Promatic Nigeria

ROLE:

• Gaming Shop Managers are critical to the success of the entire Café Operations Department at Promatic Nigeria and ultimately the survival of the Gaming Operations.
• The ideal candidates would work in tandem with the Café Operations team, reporting to the Head, of Gaming Cafe Ops to ensure people management, smooth Revenue Reporting, Reconciliation, and Incidence Management at the assigned locations.

Responsibilities

People Management

• Please make sure that all gaming cafe staff cleaners/waitress/security is good for you.
• Coordinate the café team to execute marketing campaigns.

Reporting/Reconciliation

• Prompt recording of inflow and outflow of machines
• Prompt & and accurate evacuation of cash from machines
• Prompt recording of petty cash expenses for the shift
• Prompt recording of day-to-day sales of drinks using the drinks report spreadsheet.
• Update CTR (Customer Tracker Report) daily.

Reconciliation

• Reconciliation of machine issues
• Reconciliation of petty cash issue
• Reconciliation of POS issues

Incidence Reporting/Management

• Prompt reporting of issues relating to machines
• Prompt reporting of general issues about café
• Prompt attendance to minor Machine issues such as bill acceptor, stacker full, internet connectivity for jackpots, etc.
• Attendance to various operational issues in the café, such as generator issues and customer complaints/security
• Ensures proper handing over of the active shift

Qualifications

• A good degree. (B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics desirable).
• At least 3 years minimum work experience in managing shops.
• Experience managing gaming shops (Casinos, Slot Sports Betting Retail, Lottery) is a more significant advantage.
• Intermediate-level skill with Microsoft Excel is a must.
