Job Responsibilities

• Ability to cut wood panels to precise dimensions with panel saw.
• Must understand how to prepare material cut list.
• Maintenance of Panel Saw Machine which includes daily cleaning and lubrication.
• Must be healthy and physically able to lift panel boards
• Must ensure Saw blades are sharp always.
• Have an in depth knowledge of panel saw safety precautions.
• Maintenance of edge band machine which includes regular cleaning.
• Check quality of raw materials and must have understanding of various taping materials.
• Carry out measurements and ensure they are exact and precise.
• Have an in depth knowledge of safety precautions of edge band machine operation.
