We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Engineer to build world-class APIs and tools that power insurance transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a passion for building innovative products, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement full-stack solutions and required product features with well-structured, testable code.
Deploy developed features to production with minimal downtime or side effects.
Build new integrations between the platform and third-party enterprise applications.
Lead and mentor less-experienced members of the engineering team.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and production-readiness assessments.
Debug production issues across products.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across product, customer success, and sales teams.
Apply strong design and problem-solving skills to deliver innovative, scalable solutions.
Build and ship production-ready applications, ideally written in Laravel and Vue.
Maintain strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, TDD, and OOP principles.
Demonstrate self-management, clear communication, and effective teamwork.
Show eagerness to learn new skills and take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Fullstack Engineer.
Strong proficiency in PHP (Laravel) and Vue.js.
Experience with CI/CD and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Good understanding of Domain-Driven Design and OOP principles.
Familiarity with MySQL and MS SQL databases.
Experience with React Native, Electron, and Node.js (nice to have).
Knowledge of AWS, GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes (nice to have).
High level of self-motivation, innovation, and drive for self-development.
