Job Description

• We are urgently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist to join our retail pharmacy team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should reside in or around Victoria Island, Surulere, Yaba, Bariga, Obalende, Lekki, and Festac.
• This position requires serious-minded individuals with a commitment to providing quality pharmaceutical services.

Job Functions/Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate dispensing of medications in accordance with prescriptions.
• Provide counseling on medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions.
• Maintain proper medication storage and inventory control.
• Offer professional advice to customers on over-the-counter medications.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns with expertise and empathy.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care.
• Ensure adherence to all pharmacy laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Oversee the proper storage and handling of pharmaceuticals.
• Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, patient profiles, and other required documentation.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide information on health and wellness, including preventive measures and healthy lifestyles.
• Participate in health promotion activities within the community.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) Degree from a recognized institution.
• Registered Pharmacist with the Pharmacist Council of Nigeria (PCN).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in community pharmacy.
• Completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
• Reside in or around Victoria Island, Surulere, Yaba, Bariga, Obalende, Lekki, and Festac, Ikotun.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time with flexibility.
